FAQs
Who Are We?
We are a group of donors who have decided to actively volunteer to help Ukraine. The organizer of this support effort is Vasyl Andrishko, who has been living and running a business in the Czech Republic for a long time. His work in this field has been well documented in Jablonecký deník, in an article about Ukrainian Czechs delivering aid to eastern Ukraine. You can read more here.
How Does It Work?
In short, our work follows a few key steps: Vasyl Andrishko is in direct contact with military units in Ukraine and receives real-time requests for supplies. With the help of our supporters and donors, we work to secure these items from our own resources. Items from the list of needed supplies are gradually collected and prepared for delivery. Trips to deliver aid take place 1–2 times per month. The entire process is documented with photos, from receiving donations from donors to handing them over to the units in Ukraine.
You can find more details here.
How Do I Know That My Donation Has Reached the Recipients?
We document the entire process of receiving and delivering aid. With your permission, we will photograph you when you hand over the donation to us. We will also document the delivery to the soldiers in Ukraine. Purchases made with financial donations are traceable through our publicly accessible transparent account. We document each trip and share updates with our donors.
How Can I Get Involved?
You have two options:
- Select an item from our list of needed supplies, purchase it yourself, and deliver it to Vasyl Andrishko.
- Participate personally by helping in another way.

What If the Unit’s Needs Change?
The needs and priorities of the units—especially smaller ones—may change over time, depending on how well certain items are covered.
- We always aim to give our donors a choice in how they contribute.
- Some requests are large and costly, such as vehicles, while others are smaller personal necessities.
- Collecting funds and supplies for a trip takes time, and during this period, priorities may shift.
If this happens, we balance our commitment to donors with the urgency of the units' needs.
- If a requested item is no longer the highest priority, we will contact you to discuss reallocating your donation to another critical need from the list of needed supplies.
- This is why it is important to provide accurate and complete contact details when registering.
- All changes are published transparently, ensuring that anyone can review them at any time.
We are committed to being as transparent as possible in everything we do.
