Visit to the State Office for Radiation Protection (SÚRO)
Yesterday afternoon, we had the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at the work of SÚRO together with the children from Kunratice Elementary School.
This was our second joint activity with the students—the first being their visit to our trench candle workshop (see News section). Located near the headquarters of Pomáháme Ukrajině, the State Office for Radiation Protection houses cutting-edge technologies that help keep us safe—and, most importantly, a team of passionate experts who truly love what they do.
The entire visit had a wonderful atmosphere. The children were curious and engaged, and the staff made their work accessible and fascinating.
