Visit to Our Partner Organization – Brno for Ukraine
We traveled to Brno to introduce ourselves, share our experience in humanitarian aid, and explore ways to collaborate and support each other in the future.
Our main goal was to learn how to make camouflage nets, as the team in Brno has extensive experience with this craft. We’ve received requests from soldiers on the front line for these nets, so we needed to understand everything—from sourcing materials and organizing space, to mastering the correct weaving techniques.
The Brno volunteers, who weave nets at the Zelný trh market hall, gave us an incredibly warm welcome and patiently taught us the right techniques.
In return, we brought a small delivery of needed supplies from their wish list—and they kindly sent us back with trench candles and wax.
We’re looking forward to continued cooperation—because we share the same mission.
