Supported units send lists of needed items to the support organizer

The list of needed items might look something like this. It’s a text message:

Specific requests for vehicles 

There is a particular situation regarding off-road vehicles. There is a constant demand for pickup trucks – 4x4 with locking differentials. These are vehicles such as Mitsubishi L200, Toyota Hilux, Mazda B2500, Nissan Navara, Ford Ranger, in the price range of 100,000 to 180,000 CZK.

The vehicles are being sourced across the Czech Republic, and as soon as one is found, it’s necessary to organize a viewing and make a quick decision, as these vehicles are scarce and go fast. After purchase, the vehicle must be checked, repaired if necessary, equipped with mud tires, and transported with other support to the recipient in Ukraine.

Efficient use of the funds is the top priority

Funds are used efficiently with care. The goal is to help as effectively as possible, which requires managing entrusted resources economically. Only items that cost the least amount of money while fulfilling the required function are sought and selected. There is no need to buy new tires for off-road vehicles when used tires that serve the same purpose are available at a more favorable price. The same applies to vehicles. A car costing 300,000 CZK has the same value at the front as a car costing 100,000 CZK, as long as it is functional and can transport the wounded from the battlefield to safety.
